Submitter: The person/team who submits a coin for listing

4) Listings, Submissions, and Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring all information you submit (Coin Name, Contract Address, links, Telegram, details, etc.) is accurate and up to date.
We may approve, reject, edit, hide, or remove any listing at our discretion, including for policy violations, suspected scams, incorrect data, or user reports.
Token price/market data shown on the site may come from third-party sources (for example, Dexscreener). Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and we do not guarantee its correctness.
5) Listing Fees and Refund Policy
If the platform charges a listing fee:
Listing fees are service fees.
Refunds (if any) are at our discretion and depend on the reason for rejection/removal.
Listings removed for fraud, manipulation, or policy violations are typically not eligible for refunds.

9) Intellectual Property

13) Termination
